Refund policy

If an exchange or refund is required please make contact with us within 14 days of receipt of the item. If your item is faulty or is not as described, an offer to exchange the item or offer of a refund will be made, providing:

· you have proof of purchase 
· the item is in saleable condition
· the item is unused, unworn or unwashed with all original packaging

We do not give any refunds for change of mind purchases. Customer to pay for return postage with tracking. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.                                                                           

Kindly note that management reserve the right to refuse any exchange if these terms are not adhered to.
